Have a question? Here at Collins Library we offer multiple ways for you to get the help that you need! From 24/7 reference chat to customized research consultations with a subject librarian, we will meet you wherever you are in the research process.
A Collins Library reference librarian is typically available 40 hours a week during the academic year (exclusive of university break periods and holidays) at these times:
Monday - Thursday 9 am - 6 pm
Friday 9 am - 5 pm
If it is outside the typical reference librarian hours click on the tabs above to select the type of help that you'd like to receive!
Not sure who to contact? You can always simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and your question will be directed to the library staff member who can help you best!
Please note that visitors may seek a librarian’s assistance with resources at Collins Library, but service is limited. We encourage visitors to start with their public or academic library to ensure they have utilized their local or regional resources. Puget Sound students, faculty and staff have priority in Reference Service and the use of all library resources and equipment.
